The Patient Attendant provides a warm and responsive greeting, and is knowledgeable in wayfinding, information, transporting, escorting patients and providing other personal assistance as needed throughout the hospital and clinic. The Patient Experience Team models the highest level of service behavior and actively promotes and advocates for an outstanding patient experience culture. Major Responsibilities: 1. Demonstrates exceptional customer service and effective communication in greeting, directing, escorting and assisting patients, family members, and visitors. 13. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance. Education and Learning: REQUIRED High School Diploma or equivalency Work Experience: REQUIRED 1 year in a role that works with the public DESIRED 1 year working in customer service and/or 1 year working in healthcare setting License and Certifications: DESIRED
