The Scheduler/Planner will be a member of the Engineering team. This position is responsible for developing maintenance plans and schedules based on recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data and KPIs, as well as Repair Project Management. Scheduler/Planner is responsible for coordination of all non-emergency maintenance activities. This position will work with the maintenance teams and customers to ensure required resources are identified, planned, estimated, organized, and scheduled prior to execution for efficient utilization of the maintenance resources. This role will work closely with Operations management, Maintenance Technicians, and Operations teams to plan, coordinate and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows. This will help prevent unplanned downtime and assure adherence to KPI's. This position will need to work closely with the CMMS Program Manager and other functions in the business to support business goals. In addition, this individual will have responsibility to ensure applicable business information/work order data is stored and maintained to support business decisions when needed. The Planner is responsible for the CMMS activities which include work order management, asset management and Reporting. This position will follow up on project outcome recommendations as they relate to the maintenance team and ensure they are being addressed accordingly.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Creates and updates PM, PdM and statutory maintenance schedules
CMMS asset management including loading of new asset data and remediation of key data fields, identification of systems, assemblies, and assets.
Collect necessary engineering drawings, technical documents and specifications
CMMS work management - review and update of schedules and procedures
Determines activities required for completion of a work order (WO), as it relates to preventative maintenance and project coordination.
Perform equipment quality audits to identify and document job requirement
Visits job sites for work order clarification.
Coordinates with engineering the labor resources, bill of materials, non-stock material purchase requisitions and external resources required for completion of WO.
Identify specific safety hazards associated with planned maintenance activities.
Determines and arranges any operational safety requirements
Coordinates and conducts scheduling meeting w/ maintenance teams and customers for scheduling planned maintenance activities.
Determines dates and duration to complete WOs, within SLA's
Works with Operations managers and assigned individuals or groups of individuals as required to complete the work, as it relates to preventative maintenance and project coordination
Coordinates with client representatives to understand their needs and to ensure the work schedule takes account of the downtime windows negotiated with clients, where necessary.
Creates and publishes weekly, monthly work schedules and makes them available to team members and client representatives.
Estimate required work hours associated with work order tasks and total work duration
Plan parts and materials for reliability improvement projects in order to maximize technician wrench time, improve efficiency, increase system reliability and performance
Compile equipment information into a job package that is ready for technicians to accomplish each shift; clearly communicate the critical steps in the work process as it relates to preventative maintenance and project coordination.
Plan and execute repair team projects as assigned.
Manages service agreement contracts with service providers.
Ensure accuracy of facility asset list.

Qualifications
Computer skills and working knowledge of account CMMS.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, and Query
CRL or CMRP credentialing desired
CMM credential is desired
Advanced understanding MEP assets and function.
5-10 years' experience in maintenance/operations of facilities.
5-10 years' experience implementing maintenance repair activities in a process and building services environment.
Experience with planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.
Technical/Vocational high school diploma/equivalent required. Associate Degree in a relevant engineering discipline is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills are required.
Able to interact with all levels of the organization management, customers, outside contractors and engineers.
