Travel Requirement: This position will require travel up to 20% of the time What this job involves: As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects and deliver exceptional results for our client. Your innovative approach, collaborative mindset, and commitment to success will strengthen our culture of collaboration and advancement. You'll manage all aspects of projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide leadership to project teams while ensuring client satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives Evaluating and contracting with service providers, including architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and contractor Monitoring and directing the work of service providers to ensure performance standards are met Managing multiple projects simultaneously and completing project status reports Desired experience and skills: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.) PMP certification or equivalent project management certification Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities Understanding of contracts, agreements, and real property transactions Ability to prepare and manage project schedules and budgets Effective communication with leadership, architects, contracted personnel, and government agencies Proven front-line management skills in a multi-discipline work environment Preferred: Master's degree in a related field Experience leading projects in multiple sectors (office, retail, infrastructure, hospitality) Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation Knowledge of construction processes and building codes Proficiency in project management software and tools |
