Content Management & Enablement has recently merged with People Technology, creating a seamless solution for content management and enablement with technology. The team will continue to be the employee-facing digital knowledge management system for our People team, and plays a crucial role in the successful launch of high-impact People projects and programs. We partner with cross-functional teams to write and curate self-service articles for our employees and our shared services People Care Team. Our mission is to publish user-centric self service resources that enable employees to find answers to all their People team questions.

We're looking for an experienced Content Manager who is passionate about making a global impact on how employees experience People team content. The ideal candidate is energized by solving challenges, values collaboration, and excels in organizing numerous moving parts. With strong communication and writing skills, they can visualize final deliverables, delve into intricate details, and efficiently execute tasks to achieve optimal outcomes. The successful candidate can expect to use these skills to develop simple and scalable content strategies, support our People team partners with content creation and maintenance, and assist with measuring the success of content through timely insights delivery. Because our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, the ideal candidate can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

What you'll do:



  • Independently create, evaluate and shape content to ensure it is relevant, accurate, and delivered to the highest quality and aligned to our style guide for small sized projects in the portfolio
  • Organize and project manage multiple small sized initiatives in different stages of development
  • Collaborate and motivate XFN partners to ensure objectives and timelines are achieved
  • Manage the Content ticket queue and update team process documentation
  • Lead our cyclical content verification process, perform ad-hoc content audits and continuously identify opportunities for improvements
  • Prepare basic performance reports, and partner with the Lead Project & Program Manager on the Content Management team to derive actionable insights and informed decision-making
  • Partner with the People Care team, People Tech and IT to actively support tech configurations
  • Provide editorial, creative and project management support for the Lead Project & Program Manager on the Content Management team



What we're looking for:



  • 3+ years of relevant experience managing and maintaining content management systems in HR, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and navigate stakeholder expectations and translate broadly defined goals or objectives into actionable steps
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills with experience independently juggling a high volume of content and multiple projects
  • Preferred proficiency in web best practices such as UX, HTML/CSS, asset management, SEO and ADA compliance, with experience in content management, including creating and publishing content on customer-facing websites
  • Knowledge of HR practices, events and programs (e.g. Benefits, Open Enrollment, Performance cycles)
  • Prior knowledge of Zendesk
  • Graphic design experience

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration up to 4x per year and therefore can be situated anywhere in the US.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
