Pro Staff is partnering with a well-established recordkeeping company in Brainerd, MN, and we are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Position Details:



  • Pay: $16.50/hr
  • Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to internal and external client inquiries both by phone and written communication. You will ensure timely responses within 24-48 hours and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key duties include:



  • Addressing client inquiries and resolving any service issues by communicating with plan sponsors and financial professionals.
  • Proactively reaching out to clients to resolve concerns and offer support.
  • Documenting all verbal and written communication and maintaining accurate records.
  • Meeting service-level goals as set for the Mass Amendment Client Service project.


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required (preferred: degree in a related field).
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
