Oversee the creation of data sets, writing documentation and specifications for reports that support the Institutional Research Team. Transition IRP staff to the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Provide technical guidance regarding data extraction. Produce dashboards, slide decks, studies, and reports that provide useful information to inform key stakeholders. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. This position will interact on a regular basis with IRP (Institutional Research) directors, EDM (Enterprise Data Management) team, analysts, data service administrators, internal and external customers.This position typically will advise and counsel: IRP and EDM staff and management. This position will supervise: assigned Institutional Research staff. Responsibilities

Annual salary range: $109,136 to $112,000 Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
