JOB DETAILS Base Pay starts at $17.00-18.00 per hour Start day shift (training) with the potential to flex night Weekly Pay Duties and Responsibilities
- High complexity manufacturing position. Responsible for operation of processing equipment and processes. Pumps, mixes and blends (dry and/or liquid) chemicals. Interprets instruments and recordings and making required adjustments to product.
- Must have good housekeeping skills
- Must know fraction/math skills to include converting fractions to decimals and reverse
- Ability to interpret ruler, dial caliber and angle measurements.
- Recording and/or description of measurements required.
- Ability to read and comprehend engineering specifications/blueprints preferred.
- Must have basic mechanic and electrical aptitude.
- Adds ingredients that require exact measurements and must maintain accurate production records.
- Must be computer literate in keyboarding, excel, word and Internet.
- Forklift experience required
- Require climbing heights up to 76 feet as well as unloading rail cars throughout all seasonal weather
- May assume other job duties as required
Qualifications
- Walks/Stands/Climbs for 12 hours
- Frequently lifts 0-10 lbs. Occasionally lifts 10-50 lbs. Frequently carries 0-10lbs; Occasionally carries 10-50 lbs
- Frequently bends, squats, climbs, kneels, twists, push/pull and reach overhead.Must use hands frequently for grasping, fine manipulation and push/pulling
- Will be required to work in a safe manner at all times. Must place high importance on producing a quality product
- Maintain a spirit of cooperation in performing job duties and in communicating with management and coworkers. Can do attitude and willingness to embrace change. Good attendance and must be willing and able to work overtime as required
