Amcor is currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable coworkers to join our production team STARTING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Pay: $25.82/hour when working! Additional earnings up to $75,000 in your first year based on overtime opportunities. Apply today!

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Train and work as a Rewind Assistant, Blown Film Assistant, Coating Assistant or Press Assistant as needed for production requirements.
  • Responsible for following all plant and department-specific safety and security rules, procedures, and programs. Must wear all required personal protective equipment for all plant, department, and task-specific requirements.
  • Attend required training on all OSHA and facility-required Safety programs.
  • Actively participate and support Quality and Continuous Improvements efforts, such as Safety and Production Teams.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Schedule:

  • Work a rotating 21-7 shift. (7 days of 6:45am-2:45pm, 7 days of 2:45pm-10:45pm, 7 days of 10:45pm-6:45am, and 7 days off)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ENTRY-LEVEL MANUFACTURING POSITIONS:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willing and able to stand and walk for a 8-hour shift
  • Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and use of wrist and hands
  • Frequent stepping up and down from platforms
  • Reasonable accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • A high school education or equivalency minimum.
  • Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment isnot a requirement
  • Continue to upgrade skills through hands-on opportunities or internal training.
