Know Your Rights: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2022-10/EEOC_KnowYourRights_screen_reader_10_20.pdf Responsibilities The Regional Director of Home Infusion & Patient Access Infusion Medication Management is responsible for all operations, strategic planning, and quality metrics for home infusion pharmacy services and patient access/prior authorization services in the outpatient infusion space. This Regional Director position provides oversight for home infusion growth/expansion, relationships with providers and service lines, financial performance, integration of home infusion services with transition of care teams, optimization of prior authorization infusion procedures, and optimization of infusion reimbursement potential. Manages budgets and productivity targets for home infusion and patient access/prior authorization pharmacy staff as well as medication inventory. Establishes communication with relevant provider groups, executive teams, etc. to ensure appropriate patient care and timely delivery of service. Establishes key performance measures for home infusion pharmacy and quality metrics for infusion claim reimbursement review. Keeps abreast of technological and clinical practice changes and implements improvements as necessary. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies as well as with organization policy and procedures. Focuses on targeted special projects (e.g., technical and operational conversions, construction, applications, and others) as necessary.
