Summary Principal Product Manager IT As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and successful delivery of technology products within our organization. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining product strategies, and executing plans to ensure the timely and efficient launch of innovative technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. This role demands a deep understanding of technology, the product development lifecycle, market trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives and customer needs. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and market gaps.
Supervisory Responsibilities Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools, and resources Indirect Reports May delegate work to others and provide guidance, direction, and mentoring to indirect reports Travel Minimum Qualifications
