We are currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR function at our Seaford, DE facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our talent position and driving organizational effectiveness within our manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and employees to optimize performance, foster leadership capabilities, and cultivate a positive work environment. This role will be part of a larger global HR organization and will have opportunities to collaborate with HR Managers at other sites.

This role will reside onsite at our Seaford, DE facility with potential travel as needed for team meetings. Seaford is located near Delaware beaches and within driving distance of Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia. The city offers a charming small-town vibe with rich history and scenic beauty. What You Will Do
* Develop strong relationships and trust with the workforce and leadership team.
* Ensure employees connect with how they create value for the company; identify and address talent gaps and coach supervisors on developing talent plans.
* Enhance leadership capabilities and promote transparency and accountability in the areas of talent management, leadership development, and culture.
* Understand, develop, apply, and coach supervisors and employees in the application of our culture.
* Understand business performance drivers and support delivering results.
* Thrive in a fast paced and changing environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Drive innovation in HR functions and processes to include continued automation of transactional work and leveraging shared capabilities across the business.
* Leverage data-driven solutions to support business and advance results.
* Identify HR Compliance risks and develop gap closure plans to address risks while implementing a systematic approach to maintaining compliance.
* Be "forward thinking" to anticipate needs and issues before they arise.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* At least 5 years of relevant Business HR experience with responsibility for the HR outcomes
* Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Experience supporting employees directly
* Experience developing and aligning initiatives to accelerate achievement of strategic business objectives
* This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
* Proficiency in using data to inform business decisions
