USA-WI-Milwaukee Department: USSC001426-DP2 JOB TITLE: Tech 3 - Production Operator WORKDAY GRADE LEVEL: Tech 3 BASE RATE PER HOUR Starting at 28.25 (+$1.00 shift premium) SHIFT: 2nd # OF OPENINGS: 1 HOURS: 2:30pm-11:00pm (Starting times and hours may vary depending on coverage due to report-offs and the production schedule especially during holidays.) JOB SUMMARY/ JOB DUTIES: This position is responsible for operating equipment and performing the set-up, physically handling, mixing, blending, packaging product in addition to cleaning, sanitizing equipment and operating a forklift. Nature of duties requires the ability to utilize math for calculations, regular attendance and sufficient familiarity with a production environment preferably food-processing. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma/GED 2+ years of demonstrated knowledge and applicable experience in a production, manufacturing or distribution fields, preferably in the food-processing environment. WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Manufacturing environment-conditions can be wet, and hot or cold Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
