Description
Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Sacramento, CA.
Here's what you'd do:
  • Prepares all relevant parts and sequences of test programs, according to the defined test plans.
  • Completes testing sequences, documents according to defined rules carries out diagnostic measures in the event of deviations, and assesses the results
  • Supports analyses of test sequences for potential improvements.
  • Carries out or initiates the needed implementation measures.
  • Supports the systematic further development of the quality assurance system.
  • Maintains the testing manual.
  • Selects from among clear choices based upon defined procedures and practices, to address changing work situations appropriately.
  • Thinking and portfolio of acting options cover several routines, and latitude is permitted to address topics with appropriate processes.
  • Unexpected situations, however, typically need technical assistance or authorization.
  • Operates a defined number of related specialized machines and equipment, which may include prescribed CNC programming (setting parameter) to set up the machines for the production program.
  • The assembly process however still repetitive and routine.
  • Positions are expected to cope effectively with multiple-choice situations in several assigned processes and routines.
  • Thinking is about applying or even adapting the "right" procedure to a process or an issue arising.
  • Deliver a full range of services in a defined and focused technical or administrative area of work, while clear input/output relations and generic and /or work-specific guidelines, and procedures are given or available.
  • Position operates major parts or the full spectrum of dedicated specialized standard software packages.
  • Incumbents may handle routine and non-complex practical inquiries and procedures from internal or external customers.
  • Service group employee, serving internal and external customers with technical or administrative standardized services and processes, to complete or add the delivery according to the service level agreed.
  • Automated line processing and controlling or operating with a broader range of production machines in production lines are examples of this level of work.
  • Deliver a limited range of practical, technical, operative, and clerical processes within an area of work.
  • Position operates with a dedicated, limited range of user interfaces or functionalities in standardized software programs, strictly related to their specific processes.
  • Customer Services functions gather, and file information gained in routine customer contact calls.
  • Handling inbound calls, in basic-level support situations, while handling the majority of requests based on given procedures.
  • Outbound calls, operating with a given frame of structured information requested.
  • Positions are expected to use specialized machines, tools, and equipment for effective performance, which allows specific variances in operation mode.
  • Work routines are repetitive by nature but may take some seconds to some minutes each.

Pay: $23/Hour.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 6am-2:30pm

Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused two-year vocational training period.

  • Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the related field of work, gained through a structured and focused two-year vocational training period.
  • The incumbent needs to have a certain degree of theoretical knowledge and procedural understanding to operate in qualified assembly processes, which includes the effective usage of several tools and machines during the assembly process.
  • Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information is necessary, usually acquired through training on the job.
