Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Grand Prairie, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Assist the front office CRC to coordinate core returns using the pickup service
• Work with RAR and KAM to contact, inform, and remind customers of their duties
• Ensure compliance with requirements of commercial policy relating to the return of property
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all internal and external customers
• Coordinate shipments of core returns to the appropriate Safran site
• Help identify and clear Y4 anomalies upon reception from the customer
• Manage all inductions at different Safran sites depending on need, launching the appropriate work orders, and ensure all documentations is shared
• Manage and maintain metrics illustrating progress of core returns
• Manage and maintain metrics illustrating progress of Y4
• Ensure appropriate databases (SAP, OPX, PAARIS) are accurate and up to date
• Aid in problem solving/timeline specifications for transactions needing clarity
• Backup of CWB Coordinator and Asset Management Specialist
• Support projects improving the accuracy of the stock in the different IT systems
• Support initiatives to improve the efficiency within the Department and between departments
• Propose idea and improvement project

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21 - $25/hr ; depending on experience.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week - Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Length: Temp ; 6-12 months.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel (pivots and charts) and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge with SAP.
• Good organizational skills as well as personal, email and phone communication skills.
• Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong problem-solving skills; effective leadership skills; ability to recommend suggestions and make sound business decisions.
