Job Responsibilities:

The Agile Specialist plays a key role within the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE), serving as a subject matter expert within the CoE and across the ADA. This role is responsible for developing a strong understanding of and ability to role model the Agile mindset, common practices, and behaviors. This role is also responsible for building and maintaining working understanding of all functional areas within the CoE in order to flex and add capacity to any/all areas in order to meet organizational needs.

Must Have:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with or being part of an agile team, influencing across an organization, and leading collaborative projects; or 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills


  • Knowledge of project management and agile principles
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and trainings, and foster collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft 360


Nice to Have:




  • Scrum, Kanban or Agile certification preferred, experience with scaling methodologies



  • Experience evaluating current state processes and workflows and making recommendations for improvement



  • Demonstrates competencies and skills related to servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency



  • Familiarity with software collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Rally, Miro and analytic tools
