Job Description

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Senior Program Manager, Therapeutics Accelerator

Do you thrive on leading and overseeing large complex programs and initiatives? Are you passionate about the intersection of biotechnology, healthcare, and innovation? If so, this is an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of our team. We're seeking a Senior Program Manager, Therapeutics Accelerator to join us in our fight against cancer!

Role Overview:

    Develop, scale, and run program operations, ensuring they are in sync with divisional and institutional strategy and priorities.
  • Ensure program objectives are met on time and in-full by managing the development and execution of cross-functional plans.
  • Proactively identify and manage execution risks while also addressing unforeseen challenges as they arise.
  • Bridge the gap between the development and implementation of programs and program elements, including proactive identification of continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate, interact, and influence a diverse internal and external audience.
  • Achieve objectives by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Make complex initiatives meaningful to internal and external stakeholders, using multiple communication channels.
  • Serve as a mentor to our team of professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Successfully managed complex cross-functional projects, programs, and initiatives with a range of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Meaningful experience with the development of oncology therapeutic products, ideally within an industry setting.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement institutional initiatives.

Core Skills:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills
  • Self-directed and able to analyze and process complex information independently

Additional Information:

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday

Location: Hybrid, Monday's & Tuesday's at 633 Third Ave, New York, NY

Reporting To: Director, Technology Development and Licensing

Pay Range: $118,800.00-$196,200.00
