Requirements: The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist or specialist, and possess knowledge of employment laws, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience with engagement and performance tools is also preferred. Pay: $22.00/hr - $27.00/hr | Depending on experience 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday As a Human Resources Generalist, daily responsibilities include addressing employee and manager HR inquiries, resolving issues, conducting investigations, and recommending corrective actions.
