Staffmark has an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a leading company in Houston, TX, as a Customer Service Representative. Bring your positive energy, strong communication skills, and desire to help customers, and become part of a supportive and diverse team!

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, in-person, and web interactions.
  • Communicate with on-the-road employees, resolve customer issues in a timely manner, and track and document customer concerns.
  • Handle refunds and maintain accurate account records.
  • Process payments, enter new subscription accounts, and generate work orders for drivers.
  • Ensure missed stops and pick-ups are completed promptly.
  • Perform credit checks on new customers and maintain records of transactions.
  • Assist with scanning contracts, managing the Affirmative Action log, and ensuring compliance in the customer service area.
  • Promote a positive company image and maintain a neat and organized workspace.


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software.
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
