Pro Staff is seeking a Window Assembler for a local window manufacturer in Sauk Rapids, MN. This position involves building crates for window shipments, loading and unloading trailers, inspecting materials, and maintaining an organized warehouse. The Window Assembler will also be responsible for assembling window units, performing quality inspections of incoming and outgoing materials, and ensuring the warehouse is well-organized with proper locations, quantities, and adherence to 5S practices. Additionally, this role includes assisting with general warehouse duties, supporting the team in achieving production goals, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment while following safety protocols. As part of the team, you will also be expected to contribute to other tasks as needed and adhere to the company's values of safety, teamwork, and quality. Shift Details: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday \| 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay: $18.00 per hour Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong commitment to safety and high-quality standards Ability to lift up to 75 lbs solo and up to 150 lbs with a tandem lift (anything over 150 lbs will require the use of equipment) Accurate counting skills and keen attention to detail Excellent housekeeping and organizational skills Self-motivated and dependable Basic hand tool proficiency Previous experience in assembly, shipping/receiving, or warehouse roles is a plus Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Overhead crane experience or willingness to become certified Carpentry skills are an added bonus Why Join Us?
