Sales Representative

Advantage Resourcing is seeking new talent in Donalsonville, GA, and hiring an experienced Sales Representative for a leader in producing world-class machinery. If you are detail-oriented and have strong communication, computer, organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills, this exciting direct-hire opportunity could be yours!

Salary: $70,000

1st Shift Hours: 7 am - 4 pm, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communications while providing exceptional service.
• Manage the scheduling for equipment maintenance, repairs, and installation to ensure timely support for customers.
• Monitor marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Remain updated on product developments and industry advancements to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
• Interface internally with sales, production, engineering, quality, research and development, and leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel.
