Shift Information:



  • Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days + $2,000 after 6 months


What You'll Do:



  • Operate various work equipment, power tools, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate with your team and management to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and varying temperatures.
  • Steel-toed boots required.


What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with power tools and machine operation.
  • A strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
