Shift Information: Shift: 2nd Shift \| Monday - Thursday \| 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (depending on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days + $2,000 after 6 months What You'll Do: Operate various work equipment, power tools, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently. Communicate with your team and management to ensure production schedules are met. Assist in training and mentoring new team members. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and varying temperatures. Steel-toed boots required. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with power tools and machine operation.
