The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary The data assistant for CAMINANDO Mental Health, an interdisciplinary mixed-methods research project funded by the National Institute of Health and led by Dr. Orjuela-Grimm in the Department of Epidemiology, Mailman SPH. The project is a longitudinal study examining examine how different types and levels of exposure to violence and hunger/food insecurity pre, during, and post-migration intersect with protective and risk factors to shape teen mental health. The data assistant will be co-supervised by Dr. Orjuela-Grimm, Lorena Reis and Silvia Bhatt-Carreno. The main duties and responsibilities include: assisting with the creation of a relational database for storing demographic and mental health data in Microsoft Access , assisting with the creation of a relational database for tracking data collection in Microsoft Access entering demographic and mental health data collected into the database, corresponding with data manager, PI and research team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in relational database construction, specifically within Microsoft
