Job Description Summary: The Contested Environments System Analysis group is seeking a Senior Radiation Effects Engineer to support the design and development of radiation hardened systems across the Department of Defense. He or she will be expected to support system-level design trades and analyze the impact of relevant environments on all aspects of system design.The candidate is expected to be comfortable participating in meetings between Draper and customers. He or she must be able to focus on the customer's needs while working to solve complex problems. Proactive communication and strong teamwork skills are also required. The candidate is expected to be onsite at Draper's Cambridge campus. Candidates must hold a current Secret clearance, with a Top Secret clearance preferred.
