The Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University is seeking to hire a part-time Administrative Coordinator (Temp).

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

This position will provide administrative support to the Marketing team at the Robinson College of Business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



  • Initiate all departmental payment requests, invoices, and travel authorizations /expenses for faculty, staff, and PhD students via Panther Mart.
  • Communicates directly with vendors to reconcile outstanding orders and invoices. Facilitate departmental supply inventory, order and restock supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing RoundTable (MRT).
  • Generate invoices for membership annual dues for MRT. Distribute invoices to MRT members electronically; maintain a direct line of communication with members.
  • Communicate directly with the MRT Director regarding membership status, outstanding payments, and membership roster updates.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of monthly MRT meetings.
  • Train and acclimate new GRA's each semester on daily operations of the Marketing RoundTable and university policies and procedures.
  • Report directly to the MRT Director for all tasks related to the Marketing RoundTable.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree and four-years of administrative experience preferred; or a high school diploma or GED and eight-years of administrative experience; or a combination of education and related experience.




Preferred Requirements:



  • Masters Degree.
  • Knowledge of Georgia State University policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work at offsite events, after-hours.
