What you'll do

The Partner Success and Enablement Director will oversee the strategy and execution of enablement programs that empower business partners to deliver value through Docusign solutions. You will develop a team of partner specialists and work across a matrixed team responsible for developing and delivering scalable enablement to align with the business objectives of our partners. You will own the end to end partner enablement strategy and plan aligned to overall partner programs and strategy.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Programs and Success.

Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a team of partner specialists to complete partner enablement priorities, content development, and delivery at global and regional level

  • Develop and implement enablement strategies for Resellers, SIs, and ISVs that ensure partners are fully equipped to sell, implement, and support our solutions ranging from Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) to CLM

  • Work closely with internal enablement to enable field teams (sales, pre-sales, customer success, etc.) so they can effectively engage and collaborate with business partners

  • Create, refine, and deliver scalable learning paths based on personas at partner firms that includes enablement content, training, certification programs, playbooks, and toolkits tailored to the needs of partners

  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators to assess the success of partner enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and continuous improvement of programs

  • Collaborate with sales enablement, Docusign university, and marketing to build out learning paths for personas

  • Serve as a key leader with external partners, ensuring they are well-informed and supported in their engagement with our solutions

  • Support or lead partner-focused events such as webinars, partner summits, and training sessions to deepen partner engagement and understanding

  • Establish a feedback mechanism to ensure the needs of both partners and internal teams are heard, and enablement resources are continuously optimized


Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.


What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in partner enablement
  • Experience leading teams and getting results in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable partner enablement programs

Preferred

  • MBA or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, including Resellers, System Integrators, and ISVs
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, or other enablement tools
  • Understanding of partner business models and their enablement needs, including partners that build products, deliver services and resell software
  • Experience in content development for training and enablement
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring and improving program performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $151,800.00 - $245,150.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $145,800.00 - $205,950.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary

Washington DC: $151,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
