Job Summary:
|
Marist College is currently seeking a Part-Time Club Ski Head Coach to coordinate all aspects of the club ski program. Duties include ski team member recruitment, organization and planning of practice sessions, attendance at all home and away races, and supply ordering.

Minimum Qualifications:
|
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with other coaches, staff and student leadership
- Valid Driver's License with no serious convictions
- CPR/First Aid/AED certifications
|
Essential Functions:
|
- Attend all team practices/meeting (2-3 times per week)
- Supervise, attend, and chaperone team races
- Assist student leadership in making decisions about club operations
- Supervise team tryouts and select the team
|
Preferred Qualifications:
|
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience as a competitive college level ski coach or coach of a college level team
|
