The Department of Physics at Carnegie Mellon University is seeking a Part-Time Instructor for the Spring 2025 Semester to teach the course 33-115: Physics for Future Presidents.


Qualifications

Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Physics required; 1-3 years of experience in classroom lecturing is preferred with a strong preference for those familiar with coursework at Carnegie Mellon University as the courses taught must conform to the content and standards of classes at our institution as these classes are often prerequisites for courses later in the student's degree program.
