About Us: The Lillehei Heart Institute and the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism in the Department of Medicine are committed to advancing research and clinical care regarding cardiometabolic health. As cardiology, diabetes, endocrinology, and metabolism increasingly overlap, there is a growing need for collaborative investigations and multidisciplinary teams that integrate expertise from both cardiology and endocrinology. We want to foster collaboration between our respective areas to advance cardiometabolic research, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. Qualifications
