Scope of Position if Assigned Driver Duties: Assist with delivering and picking up kettles and stands as directed. Assist with delivering and picking up other Christmas related materials and personnel as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for dropping off and picking up kettles on a daily basis and deliver to and from designated locations.
• Maintain proper security for kettles.
• Assist with proper record-keeping of kettle systems, to include kettle worker timesheets.
• Fill in as a Bell Ringer when needed on a daily basis.
• Check out condition of vehicle daily and ensure that it is properly cleaned and mechanically maintained. Inspection report and mileage log must be maintained and submitted weekly to supervisor.
• As needed, will assist with delivery and pick-up of all Christmas related materials and personal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Maintain a valid Driver's License & pass a background check.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be clean, neat, and courteous.
• Be knowledgeable of the areas that are to be serviced.
• Must be able to drive in all kinds of weather conditions.
• Have knowledge of vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand or sit in one location for extended periods in outside weather conditions.
• Work is performed in the outdoors where there are discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
• Moderate mobility: duties are usually performed by combinations of standing and walking on a frequent change basis.
• Works in an environment with frequent interruptions.
• In-person contact with people from diverse backgrounds who may be angry, hostile, confused, or frustrated people.
• Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Requires working irregular hours (i.e., nights, weekends, and holidays).
