Chicago, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: MED-Psych & Behavioral Science The Clinical Specialist will function as part of the Therapeutic Residential Performance Management Initiative (TRPMI) Team to assess, develop quality improvement (QI) plans, and provide technical assistance (TA) regarding clinical treatment approaches in residential treatment. Additionally, the Clinical Specialist will provide input and recommendations regarding treatment interventions for individual youth, working with residential providers in the far southwest counties of Illinois (Jefferson, Washington, Perry, and Johnson counties). This staff will report to the TRPMI Team Coordinator with matrix supervision to DCFS, UIC, and/or NU as indicated. This position will require residency in or around the southwest counties of Illinois (Jefferson, Washington, Perry, and Johnson counties) (Residency in Chicago will not be feasible for this position) While this position is hybrid, travel to agencies within Southwest Illinois counties listed above will be required. (35 - 45% travel is required) Please note: Hours in the evening and weekends Specific Responsibilities:

Target hiring range for this position will be between $63,079- 88,705 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
