Aerospace CMS Implementation Sourcing Data Lead

Join PPG Aerospace in Kennesaw, Georgia, as the Aerospace CMS Implementation Sourcing Data Lead! In this hybrid role, reporting directly to the Aerospace Procurement Sourcing Manager, you will drive data accuracy and efficiency for CMS sourcing implementations, supporting our strategic procurement goals. Leverage your expertise in data management and sourcing to streamline processes, ensure seamless transitions, and contribute to the success of our aerospace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure on-time, accurate completion of aerospace sourcing and implementation projects
• Utilize data analytics and chemical expertise to define initial market baskets and assign manufacturers for CMS implementations
• Configure and validate implementation data, creating data loads for Oracle, HMM, and QAD, and coordinate submissions with data teams
• Serve as the main contact for market basket and sourcing inquiries, maintaining clear communication with the implementation team and CMS platform
• Consolidate commodity and tail spend pricing into unified market baskets for streamlined sourcing
• Coordinate workload distribution among the sourcing team, consolidating outputs into accurate customer responses and data setups
• Ensure all customer-facing, part-related information in HMM is complete, accurate, and aligned with ERP data
• Oversee compliance by coordinating with export and EHS teams to verify accurate data within ERP and HMM systems
• Train and support team members in project procedures and system usage for continuous improvement
• Participate in corporate projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet broader organizational objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing in a corporate environment or related degree in lieu of experience required
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data analytics capabilities
• Proficiency in supply chain management software (QAD, Oracle, ePro) and familiarity with additional tools like Smartsheets, SAP, and PowerBI
• Strong project management and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience in chemicals sourcing or aerospace industry considered a plus
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
