LyondellBasell is staffing for a Site Integration Manager for the Channelview, TX Manufacturing Complex, located 18 miles from downtown Houston. Our 4,000-acre Channelview Complex consists of two olefin units at the north side facility that manufacture ethylene, propylene, butadiene and benzene. The south side facility uses many of these products to produce propylene oxide, styrene monomer and other derivatives. We are seeking an Integration Manager to join the Site Leadership Team for the Channelview Complex. As a member of the Leadership Team you will lead the Plant Projects organization while being responsible for the resolution of interface issues between the site and all of the capital projects including those executed by the Global Projects (GP) and Turnaround (TA) organizations. This role will also have accountability for developing operational readiness (OR) and commissioning and start-up (CSU) plans for the project scopes including coordinating staffing with the CVO Manufacturing organization. This position reports to the CVO Site Manager. Roles & Responsibilities
