The agency is linking communities in Northeastern Illinois by providing safe, reliable, and efficient commuter service. The Primary Duties include: Perform project management duties including preparing project budgets; overseeing the preparation of project cost estimates, scope of work, staffing plans, and schedules for assigned projects; working with subject matter experts to review plans and designs prepared by in-house staff or consultants for efficiencies, cost effectiveness and constructibility; and recommending changes as needed to ensure compliance with scope, budget, and schedules.
