POSITION

We are looking for an International Fund Associate to assist our International Distribution efforts. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about growing our presence worldwide, working with collaborators such as global distributors, platforms, and regulators. You will work closely with teams in product, legal, and operations to create and distribute fund documentation and static data. By interacting with data providers, you will gather and share information within the international fund marketplace. If you have a successful history of project management and problem-solving to ensure seamless project delivery, this position is perfect for you.

As part of this role, you will work closely with collaborators from within and outside the organization. Your main responsibility will be to ensure clear regulatory documentation, data, disclosures, and reporting that support positive client outcomes. You will tackle challenging problems with potential business risk, using your influencing skills to resolve issues. Join our Enablement and Data Management team to improve our distribution tech platform and data management capabilities for our client-facing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Oversight for production of Investor Disclosure Literature and Data: EMT, EPT, EET, TPT, PRIIPS KIIDs, CSSF SFDR Reporting, etc.
  • Ensuring that data distributed externally by Allspring is accurate and timely.
  • Implementing new regulations effectively across our literature.
  • Managing requests from Distributors, Fund Platforms, or Data Vendors for fund data templates & questionnaires accurately and within required timescales.
  • Supporting central initiatives for International Distribution, including revitalizing our data strategy to support emerging regulations and distributors.
  • Developing relationships with collaborators and data providers to meet their needs while prioritizing the Client Experience.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Working knowledge of regulatory filings and technical standards for international funds (EMT, EPT, EET, PRIIPS KIID, etc).
  • 3+ years of asset management experience in a client support or data management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, growing in a collaborative team environment that values independent thinking.
