ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare monthly journal entries, financial statement preparation and bank reconciliations.
Review invoice coding and approvals and ensure proper audit trail is in place.
Prepare invoices to client, with detailed supporting tables
Answer vendor inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies
Supervise cash management procedures: cash log, payment processing (checks, wires, ACHs), bank reconciliations.
Complete month-end, and year-end compliance paperwork: checklists, reconciliations, reports.
Assist in audits as needed.
Coordinate Accounts Payable process - review invoice coding and approvals, and ensure proper audit trail is in place.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, JLL Internal Audit and Client Accounting Services internal review standards.
Create and submit funding requests to the client
Adhere to the financial calendar for internal and external deliverables
Assist with the preparation of ad hoc projects and presentations as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BS or BA in Accounting
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and PeopleSoft, preferred
