Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and working with regional business development representatives. Achieve sales target of $1M - $1.5M USD. Provide oversight and oversee delivery of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Stay abreast of industry trends in manufacturing and industrials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients' portfolio challenges. Mentor junior team members and share industry knowledge. Qualifications: Proven experience as a consultant to clients with industrial and manufacturing assets, with a focus on providing real estate advisory services Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, particularly in portfolio services Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences Proven track record in client sales within the manufacturing sector Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred 10-15 years of real estate advisory experience in consulting or industry roles, with a focus on portfolio management Key Competencies: Industry passion: Demonstrates genuine enthusiasm for the manufacturing sector and its evolving landscape Executive presence: Ability to command respect and build credibility with senior stakeholders Strategic thinking: Capacity to understand complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions for manufacturing portfolios Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing client needs Leadership: Ability to guide teams, mentor colleagues, and drive projects to successful completion Business acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and their application in the manufacturing industry, particularly in portfolio management |
