Contract and Compliance Manager- What this job involves.
This role is primarily responsible for managing Data Center client's supplier contract relationships by: (1) drafting, negotiating and executing contracts, and (2) developing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives to ensure that contract and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio to JLL and/or client as required.The following are examples of responsibilities and are not limited to job scope:

Program Analysis & Development (30%):

Use sourcing tools and analysis to uncover and translate opportunities into contracts projects with a beginning, middle, and end; map out critical interim milestones with stakeholder dependencies that are measurable and achievable; organize and drive results through the cross functional team and report results to Sourcing leader against your plan.

Deliver a matrix identifying primary and secondary preferred suppliers by category by site for Operation teams' clarity, and contract briefs/abstracts focusing on contracted scope, service levels, and related fees

Assess and build annual initiatives that provide detailed strategies that identify objectives, leverage spend (in association with Jones Lang LaSalle strategies), and milestone timelines.

Provide data analysis and reporting as required.

Manage strategic plans by providing recommendations, negotiating contracts in support of Sourcing team

Manage contract close-out, extension or renewals

Support corporate or client mandated initiatives by preparing and executing on project plans.

Support preparation/confirmation of compensation information for all contracts via Sourcing technology platform (Corrigo)

Monitor competitive terms and adherence to compliance and KPI's

Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes.

Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client/customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management (50%):

Work with Sourcing leader to establish and implement agreed on key performance indicators to measure internal and external stakeholder relationship satisfaction to validate sourcing is delivering the value (through net promotor score (NPS) programs or similar)
Closely participate with the client and Jones Lang LaSalle team to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.

Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of local and regional initiatives and contract negotiations with suppliers and operations team.

Key communication liaison with client team and JLL team providing guidance and counsel on contractual terms.

Improve communications with operations team by being proactive and managing internal and external customer expectations. Provide escalation support to junior staff, as required.

Partner with Legal, Finance, HSSE and Risk Management on contractual requirements.

Second level of contact for COI/ISNetworld/Avetta risk management/administration questions including escalations related to COI exceptions; responsible for managing and monitoring COI data in various platforms, providing KPI/metrics reporting to senior management as needed.

Program Management (20%):

Provide management, detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in standardized contract processes.

Organize the flow of contracts and sourcing projects through a cross functional governance structure in collaboration with Operational and other (eg finance) stakeholder groups, that obtains various stakeholders' signoff based on pre-established criteria

Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.

Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.

Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.

Ensure required due diligence completed for supplier on-boarding, including Corrigo administration

Define and implement Supplier performance management program.

Partner with Operations, Corrigo teams, Finance etc. to support scheduling requirements, timely invoicing and escalations to ensure adherence to budgeting

Desired experience and technical skills
Required:
7-10 years of sourcing/ contract management experiencefor Critical Environments
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications
Excellent Inter-personal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, proven ability to lead suppliers to support Client required outcomes.

Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience supporting real estate or facilities services
