Billing Assistant Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: AB Staffing Solutions, LLC is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Assistant to join our team. If you are a go getter, have a knack for numbers and a passion for accuracy, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Maintain Current Job Orders: Ensure all job orders are up to date with the correct purchase orders as required. Purchase Order Management: Obtain, track, and log purchase orders into the company PO log. Contact Client Invoice Management: Log client invoices accurately, and upload invoices into client portals. Monitor Purchase Orders: Carefully monitor purchase order expiration dates and funding. Notify departmental managers when a PO is about to expire or run out of funding. Record Keeping: Record and save purchase orders and modifications as they arrive. Other: Other tasks assigned. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office Suite - Excel is a MUST! Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
