JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Office of Sexual Misconduct reporting and Response (OSMRR) of Student Affairs is seeking a Case Manager (Student Conduct Officer - Intermediate Professional)to join their team. Job Responsibilities:
Education and Experience: This position requires a Master's degree or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In addition, this position will provide support and consultation to the Commonwealth Campus Title IX Resource People. This position requires knowledge ofCode of Conduct, Title IX, Clery Act, FERPA, and other federal and state laws and guidance that impact the work of Title IX administration. This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
