POSITION SUMMARY
The Seasonal HR Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the human resource department. The
individual in this role may be involved in: recruitment, payroll administration and any other area of human
resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provides support for the recruiting process (e.g., schedule interviews, sending background checks,
attending job fairs/recruitment events as needed, drug tests and contacting select candidates)
* Coordinates the new hire orientation process (e.g., scheduling the orientation, preparing
orientation paperwork, and creating the employee files), including I-9 completion/compliance.
* Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
* Provides support on auditing, review and processing the paperwork and forms
* Participates in special projects and initiatives, to include engagement, job fairs and HR
Assessments
* Must maintain confidentiality and perform all duties in accordance with company policies and
procedures
* Supports company Open Enrollment period to ensure smooth processing.
* Supports Payroll processing
* Other Duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
* Highschool diploma or GED required
* 1 year of Human Resources/payroll/clerical experience preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. The pay for this role ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 . It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
