Description MaineHealth Care at Home Summary Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. 2. License/Certifications: State of Maine licensure as a Physical Therapist. Current, valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy. Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers. 3. Experience: Minimum one year of full-time equivalent experience in a supervised setting. 4. Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families and health care team members. 5. Analytical ability sufficient to identify changes in patients' conditions and to initiate appropriate action.
