- Performs testing, tuning, and troubleshooting of mid-range to highly complex military RF microwave hybrid assemblies.
- Duties also include testing units over temperature, during vibration and mechanical shock, and in burn-in ovens; testing is performed using state-of-the-art standard, specialized, manual, and automated test equipment to specifications outlined in specific module performance specifications and acceptance test procedures.
- The computer is required to retrieve test procedures, assembly drawings, and schematics and input test yield data.
- Performs various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks in support of specific production units.
- Uses standard electronic assembly tools and materials.
- Perform modifications, rework, and quality testing.
- Collaborate with RF Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering to develop procedures and troubleshoot products to specifications.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF Microwave Hybrid assemblies.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in RF equipment, RF Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzers/Low-Noise Analysis, Signal Analyzers, Oscilloscope, RF Power Meters, and PNA Network Analyzers.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operating computer-driven mechanical vibration equipment.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in soldering components by J-STD-001 to support the tuning process.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis of RF Microwave test data.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in writing test procedures and troubleshooting from schematics.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an ESD and FOD-controlled environment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Ability to work under a microscope to test, tune, and troubleshoot RF microwave hybrid assemblies and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and other tools.
- Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings.
- Good computer skills are needed to retrieve drawings and work instructions and perform other job activities.
