Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed Cable Inspections.
  • Uses various measuring devices.
  • Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
  • Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions, and checklists.
  • Monitor and verify quality through statistical processes or other control procedures.
  • Communicates effectively with assemblers, engineers, and management when resolving quality issues.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $24/hr.

Hours: 4/10-2nd Shift.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Cables.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the manufacturing process of Cables Inspections.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with soldered and crimp cable inspection using IPC-A-620 standards.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in inspection.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Reading Engineering Drawings.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Cable Harness.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Documentation.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in IPC-WHMA-A-620.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Measuring and Soldering.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Able to identify non-conformances IAW IPC-A-620, & specific other requirements.
  • Ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas if needed.
  • This includes detail orientation and proficiency at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions.
  • Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • When resolving quality issues, interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers, and management.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and newer applications.
