This job ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. Responsible for helping to identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure, and ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values. Additionally, this job is responsible for both Architecture and Engineering management processes within Infrastructure and Operations. This job provides level three support for both infrastructure administration and technical support, in restoring service and resolving incidents, and in IT service performance and capacity management. Assists project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of our standard Project Management Methodology and participates in projects focused on smoothing the transition from development staff to production staff by performing operations activities within the project life-cycle. Education Required -High School diploma or equivalent Preferred -Additional degrees, business training experience and/or certifications may be combined to meet minimum qualifications. Work Experience Required -4 years IT experience with Master's degree OR 6 years IT experience with Bachelor's degree OR 8 years experience with Associate's degree OR 10 years of IT experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
