What We're Looking For:
Experience: 4-7 years in an agency setting, preferably pharma/healthcare agency.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Figma and Sketch.
Mindset: Strong conceptual thinker with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Communication: Ability to articulate your design rationale and embrace feedback.
Resourcefulness: Creative problem-solver who can navigate tight deadlines and budget constraints.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
