The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Missouri is pleased to announce an opening for a Service Coordinator in our Allergy Clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), nursing staff, and administrative personnel. A strong focus on customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Key Responsibilities: * Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments. Shift
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired. Four (4) years of customer service and or clerical experience. Education may be substituted in lieu of experience. Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department. Anticipated Hiring Range
Hiring Range: $16.68-$24.80(Hourly) Application Materials
