Job Overview

The Customer Ambassador New Business identifies and develops valuable prospects for CCCs Food Service On-Premise local sales representatives via cold calling and correspondence campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to relationship-building, value-based selling, overcoming objections, gaining access to decision-makers, and an unrelenting passion for results. The Customer Ambassador New Businessis a strategic sales professional and creative thinker with a tireless work ethic and high energy. This Ambassador cultivates prospect relationships and works closely with field sales and support teams to ensure execution standards and sales targets are met, advocating the myCoke platform.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cold call prospects, prospect salesand generate Business to Business leads
  • Re-qualify leads from events and other marketing initiatives; review and nurture prospect leads
  • Partner with local Sales Reps to ensure sales objectives are met
  • Gather sales intelligence and analyze business trends to develop a business growth strategy
  • Assist with minor reporting details for lead generation metrics and project

  • .Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others required
  • An unrelenting passion for results; has a "hunter" mentality with the innate ability to push past "No"
  • Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments
  • Superior time management skills: ability to handle multiple projects with minimal direction
  • Proven demonstration of CCCI's Order, Delivery process, and myCoke
  • Proven sales and customer service skills as well as solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Sharepoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; Tableau and Power BI a distinguishing plus
  • This position interacts with dry outlets, former and potential customers, internal sales teammates, CCNA business partners, and various members of CCC leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months previous experience as an Inside Sales Rep with CCCI

Work Environment

The work environment will vary, including but not limited to exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled.
