The Sr. Project Manager-Office of the Dean of the College of Continuing and Professional Studies (CCAPS) works collaboratively as a member of the College's senior staff team to manage and advance strategic projects, processes, and initiatives that support the work plan and responsibilities of the College. Additionally, the position manages the operations of the office of the dean and provides administrative support. To effectively perform this role, the incumbent develops subject matter expertise in areas of designated responsibility and maintains ongoing communication and collaboration with the College, staff colleagues, and key stakeholders across the University. This position provides strategic advice and guidance , possesses a high level of integrity, with a focus on excellence, and demonstrates discretion in sensitive and confidential matters. This is a 100% time P&A position. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. This position reports to the Dean, and given the nature of the work, is expected to be on university premises four days/week. The search committee will begin reviewing applications the week of December 2nd and will continue until the position is filled. DUTIES: Project Management 55%
