As the Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will lead the development and deployment of CI initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for setting goals in alignment with business strategy, overseeing key projects, and driving improvements in manufacturing processes through the use of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies. You will work closely with leaders, engineers, and operators to mentor and coach CI practices while ensuring best practices are followed across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy CI plans, aligning KPIs with business strategy. Lead and deliver CI projects, managing scope, prioritization, and tracking results. Coach and mentor teams on CI methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S). Conduct LSS assessments, create action plans, and ensure execution. Train operators to improve manufacturing efficiencies using CI tools. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to optimize processes. Partner with leadership to plan long-term operator skills development. Maintain a strong shop floor presence and ensure adherence to safety standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement in a chemical, food, or manufacturing environment. Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.
