Overview LMI is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst for Resource Planning and Performance Management at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) headquarters in Washington, DC. This position will support a program development and improvement workstream on a project to modernize and remediate systems and organizational processes focused on financial management within the government agency. Responsibilities As the Senior Business Analyst for Resource Planning and Performance Management, you will be responsible for helping executive and other senior leaders, teams and organizations respond to internal and external drivers, and identify new and better ways of working to accelerate strategic outcomes and enrich the experience of the workforce. Responsibilities may include the following activities:
